Speed and Agility
Improve your sports performance through speed and agility training for your particular sport. Perfect program for the younger athlete to the High School athlete looking for a higher level of performance. This program focuses on improving linear, lateral and vertical movement of the athlete regardless of direction or mode. It targets strength, speed and conditioning.
Speed Training
Programs that emphasize technique, starts, acceleration, speed endurance, and relaxation. For most sports, acceleration, which is the rate of change of velocity, is the most important component of speed development and attainment. Stride length and stride frequency can be increased by increased overall functional strength through the entire body. Improved strength levels will allow athletes to produce greater amounts of force while at the same time decreasing their ground contact time. Training the body to use the attained strength gains in a powerful fashion is the key to acceleration improvement
Agility Training
Programs that enhance the ability to decelerate, accelerate, and change direction quickly while maintaining good body control without decreasing speed. Agility training imposes an almost permanent mark upon muscle memory. Athletes that can develop their quickness in different directions will be better Athletes. In Baseball, lateral speed, agility, and quickness can be just as essential as strength and speed. The performances of athletes in sports today have dramatically elevated the level of agility necessary for performance success. There is a direct correlation between improved agility and the development of athletic timing, rhythm, and movement.
Weight Training / Reduction and Conditioning
This is an excellent program for the beginners to the advanced. No matter what your age, weight training will benefit you. We offer weight training programs for the youth and progress to higher level programs depending on age, maturity level and coordination. We have programs designed for midlife and seniors. Men and women are welcome. In our beginning weight training programs we will teach you correct form and safely develop the strength and power that every athlete needs to stand above the rest.
